French President Sarkozy phones Syrian President al-Assad
more President Nicolas Sarkozy of France has appreciated President
Bashar al-Assad's tireless efforts to make the Doha agreement a

US Africa Command (AFRICOM) commander visits Morocco
more Commander of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), General William
E. "Kip",
is on a two-day visit to Morocco. Mr. Ward, who visited Morocco
last February as deputy commander of U.S. Europe Command, visits
the north African country for the
