UK and Russia find "common ground" (G8)
more Gordon Brown said that the UK and Russia had "common
ground" on
a number of important issues following his first bilateral meeting
with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. Speaking to journalists
at the G8 Summit in Toyako, Japan, the PM said that both countries
wanted progress on the Middle East
Peace Process and that they shared a desire not to see Iran go
down the road of developing nuclear weapons...
